We have set up an emergency fund, together with AIDIP, to support refugee families in order to allow the youngest to be able to continue their schooling in H-FARM International School, trying not to further compromise their future.
The Fund has also the aim of not to disperse the know-how of all those workers in flight, in particular the teachers who will find in the Campus of Ca' Tron an Institute of Teaching and Learning that will support them in providing lessons to the students. In addition to the Fund, we have started collecting basic necessities, which employees and their families have joined, filling a first truck that left Ca' Tron last week, while a second one will leave in the coming days from the Milan office. There are also a number of job openings that can be consulted here, and 4 coworking stations are being set up in the Milan office. Oltre al Fondo, ci siamo attivati con delle raccolte di beni di prima necessità a cui hanno aderito i dipendenti e le loro famiglie, riempiendo un primo camion già partito la scorsa settimana da Ca' Tron, mentre un secondo è in partenza nei prossimi giorni dalla sede di Milano. Sono inoltre aperte una serie di posizioni lavorative consultabili qui e sono in fase di allestimento 4 postazioni di coworking nella sede di Milano.
Donations to the Fund are open to all companies, with a minimum contribution of €5000, using the IBAN - IT 36 P 02008 12012 000104521716 made out to Fondazione H for Human and indicating "Future recovery" as the reason for donation. The window for donations will close on 7 April.
