The social impact of finance in the Italian context

In 2020 the business turnover of Impact Investing will reach 3 billion euros and important players have moved, or are moving, to design tools and methods of intervention that can bring benefits not only on the activities targeted by the investments, but also on what surrounds them, to encourage the development of a true ecosystem.

There are many areas in which it is possible to measure the social impact generated: from health care, to social assistance, from training to protection and enhancement of artistic and cultural heritage, from social tourism, to employment inclusion. The challenge is to equip themselves with the tools necessary to recognize, finance and share good practices with a social impact with talented companies and individuals, valuing merit and making available their skills and networks of relationships.

On May 23, we organized an event with H-FARM to investigate what these instruments could be and one of the most interesting Italian case histories: the case of Unicredit.
It will be our guest Dario Prunotto, Head of Territorial Development & Relations of Unicredit.
